As the owner of Drinan Properties Inc., a Real Estate leasing and management company, I have more than 30 years of experience in Real Estate in the greater Portland area.  While in past years a portion of the Drinan Properties management portfolio included investor-owned apartment buildings and condominium associations, we now specialize in leasing individual condominiums and single-family homes. In the process, we help owners protect their investments by securing quality tenants for their properties. 

As for sales, I am an Associate Broker with one of the largest real estate firms in New England, The Bean Group, and an annual multi-million dollar producer.   I represent both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of apartment buildings, condominiums and single family homes.

In addition, I am a professional landlord, owning and developing multi-unit apartment buildings and commercial properties, and am familiar with the many challenges presented by real estate ownership, including renovations, contractors, local codes and cash flow.

I have been a large part of the South Portland and Cape Elizabeth communities and am a past president of Waterfront Market Association, representing and promoting the interests of businesses in South Portland’s Mill Creek and Knightville neighborhoods.
